I want to earn from a Shorts channel, where do I start?

I'm experienced in long-form video editing, thumbnail making and everything, but never actually had a Shorts only channel.

I need suggestions on where to begin. This includes the topic (game, brainrot etc.), important details (tags, channel keywords etc.), and so on.

I want this channel to be successful and be able to earn monthly payments from it.
