Are the overalls made for giants?

I dont understand how these fit anyone 😭 I'm 5'3" and the legs drag on tbe ground and the straps are ginormous. The chest part balloons out in the front and back because I'm not tall enough for it to sit flat.

I've purchased 3 different sizes of TF overalls to see if i could get them to work but they are all ill fitting. I'm sad that the Smokey the Bear overalls came back but I can't get them because no matter the size, they won't fit.
