It looks like an N7 sellout!

But in the game (since it's different in the comics and movies), how exactly did James qualify for the N7? He's a strong soldier, capable of resisting and dealing damage, okay, but aside from those two things, he has absolutely no other qualities. He doesn't have the charisma of a captain or even a lieutenant, he has no leadership, he lacks culture, and he's absolutely no good with technology. He tends to go against orders due to his stupidity and hotheadedness, needlessly, since he can't keep a cool head. Seriously, someone like that shouldn't be a lieutenant; if he commanded a squadron, he'd lead a massacre.
