Did anyone else get this bug?

So..at the start I had 400 show bucks in my account and suddenly it went at 2,400. At first I thought it was a glitch until I logged back like 3 times. I purchased the fame pass to test it and it worked and after 2 weeks it got me from 1,300 show bucks to -700 can anyone help me on what to do
