When do I give up?

I started dating a woman last year who described herself as conservative Christian- later admitting calvinist. I am agnostic. I have close family who is Christian. They are lively, kind, generous people. I was never raised around any of. My parents took us to church maybe 4 times when we were young and we never went again. Ive always been curios, I believe in a higher power. I believe in miracles. I believe in kindness, compassion, patience, doing good in life for others, working hard and living an honest good life. All things I believed the church stood for. So, when we got together that is exactly what I explained to her. She said it wasnt a big deal and she wouldn't push anything on me. To be brief, later she hid me from her family, she "was sick" at times her father wanted to bond with me. I proposed and she happily accepted. 2 days later she threw the engagement away because she "was scared of her father". This caused trust issues with me that I still have. I feel judged, rejected and I feel like shes a lying hypocrite. We are still together

She doesnt live like a Christian. She never has even acted like it with me. She had a wild time in college, questions her sexuality, slept around, got assaulted and has an incurable STD from it.

I grew up and worked hard, stayed away from drama, didnt date. She was my first. But she didnt accept me because I wasnt Christian, and it doesnt feel like it was her father's judgement she feared. It feels like its from her. Do Christians really have these issues? She says its messed up how they view people as forgiven if you are a believer and not if you are someone who doesnt. Whats the truth? Is she just trying to hurt me?
