First time using split pay [TX]

Hi. I was approved for split pay. I used the routing and account number given to pay for rent on my buildings portal. That was at 2:38 am ct time. But my debit card hasn’t been drafted
Can someone help me understand the timeline
My building shows my rent paid as soon as I submit
