Looking for a studio/1B lease takeover starting July

Hi! I’m looking for a leasetakeover starting July for a 1 year+ lease. It’s my first time living in NYC so I’m not sure how to look for apartments especially since I live in another state

Preferable:
Starting July
1bd or studio
3500 MAX budget
Washer/dryer in unit or in the building
Dishwasher in unit
Doorman in the building
West side of manhattan (chelsea, west village, hells kitchen area) open to murray hill, kips bay any area that is an easy train ride to hudson yards/chelsea area too

Open to any recommendations as well!
