"a hug might help"

Harm Reduction

never really thought I'd say it. People around me who left me because I need "professional help" made my mental state decline even further. Anxiety, Frustration and Panic Attacks became more frequent, and relapsing is closer than ever. I've been quite alone for most of the time, and I suppose my clean streak is gone. Until months later I finally got to see my boyfriend again. I had this moment on my throat where I wanted to scream, cut and release all my frustration, but I couldnt, so he hugged me tightly, really tight and suddenly all of the stress I've been bottling up for months we're released just because of a hug.

So.. maybe, if you do feel the need to relapse, just maybe, you should try getting a tight hug and see if would ease you.
