**Dear Diary,**

It’s May 1st.

A brand new month… which feels kinda like opening a fresh notebook, even if you don’t know what you’re going to write yet.

Me and Penelope sat by the window today, just watching the world wake up.

The sun felt softer.
Everything looked a little brighter.

I said,
“Do you think May is going to be a good month?”

She smiled and said,
“I think we’re going to make it one.”

…okay that was actually really cute.

Then from the cardboard prison Cindy goes,
“CAN I BE INCLUDED IN THE GOOD MONTH OR??”

I said,
“Yes… spiritually.”

She said,
“I’LL TAKE IT.”

After that we changed into our matching outfits (because it’s basically self-care at this point), grabbed the plushies, and just enjoyed being together.

No rush. No pressure.

Just a really sweet, simple day.

**A new month doesn’t mean you have to change everything… sometimes it’s just a fresh chance to be a little happier.**

Love,
✨Angel✨

**P.S.** Mom wanted a selfie today… and honestly? I think it might be my best one yet 📸💛🧡🩷✨

Diary’s of a doll.
