Switched from Lantus to Toujeo

My PCP gave the disclaimer that the doses are not 1:1 and she was right, i know everyone's situation is different but would anyone like to share how much they had to adjust their dose? I went from 55u on Lantus (hated every second of the injection) to 66u so far on Toujeo and my fasting is higher so more adjusting but my trends are behaving. Its been a few weeks of Toujeo btw not two days.
