Wanting to purchase my first katana

I’ve had my eye on this for quite sometime, it may be more on the pricier side but it’s built to last and will probably last my entire life. I am planning to pass it down to my kids when I die, and they will pass it down to their kids as a family heirloom for generations so it needs to be a good high quality katana that won’t break. I’ve got my heart set on this one but if anyone has any other suggestions for a good high quality starter katana please let me know! I’ve been saving for a little over a year and have $12k so far!!
