Is EdgeAI feasible? Can you actually remove the servers out of the equation?
Edge AI (AI running directly on devices instead of centralized servers) is starting to take off—and it could reshape how we use technology day-to-day.
This would help in making real time decisions, better privacy, no requirement of internet and lower costs.
A lot of companies are now focusing on practical deployment of AI, not just models.
Came across Sapidblue recently—they seem to be working on applying AI (including edge use cases) to real business workflows, especially where automation + decision-making needs to happen in real time.
But is it feasible really to take servers out of equation with large complex LLM models and amount of data requirements at the backend to ensure high accuracy?
