Does your working spouses help with cleaning/toddler at nighttime?

Rant

Hi, so little rant here,

When our daughter 21m wakes up at night, which she still does maybe 2-4 times, he doesn't either hear her or just doesn't get up to help.....at all.

I have asked him in the past to help and he will either say he's to tired or sigh and go help but sometimes she'll ask for mama and he just comes back and tells me she wants me only.

I have recently been feeling very burnt out and emotionally exhausted. After doing my weekly cleaning and dealing with a sick toddler, I'm just so over it. I NEED the extra help. I will even tell him I'm to tired to clean. His response "oh it's not messy, we can worry about it later" or "I'll do it tomorrow for you". The only thing is he doesn't help later! Unless I ask him and then he does it but with the sighing or saying he's tired as well.

Now don't get me wrong he does help with cooking and cleaning up the kitchen nightly, which I do appreciate. But other then mowing the lawn, I do everything else.

I usually do my cleaning when the baby is napping, and I also feed myself (sometimes) and shower uring this time as well.

Husband works early 6-3:30pm m-t and 6-2:30 on Friday.

Here's a list of what I do weekly

•dishes

•vacuum

•bathe dog...yes weekly (she rolls in dirt)

•bathroom

•dust

•trash

•laundry

•bathe baby

I feel bad to ask for more help, I know hes tired from working and it's a physical job but I'm tired as well. I'm not sure if this is normal and sahp just take the burden of everything...but if that's the case I'm not looking forward to the future, I just feel so done.

So aio or is this completely normal and I need to just shut up and stop whining?
