Has Unihertz made any mention of spare parts for the Titan 2 Elite?

Unihertz used to sell replacement parts direct to consumers, but they seem to have stopped doing that as of the Jelly Max and Titan 2. I would really like it if they could start this up again rather than relying on an RMA process. Any official word on why they stopped offering this and if they'll start again?

The FAQ on Kickstarter just says they'll offer a repair service but makes no mention of offering parts for sale.
