Should i go for S3?

Guys long story short i accidentally got e1 hiyuki 😭i was throwing the pulls i got from shop and got her S1

Now questions is since i have enough corals for 2 another resonance chain. I am contemplating should i go for S3? I don't have her weapon, nor i have lynae or mornye. But i do have Chisa(no weapon either)

I want to ask is Hiyuki self sufficient like carthethiya in S3 or not? Should i got for S3 with the corals?
