Can we fix Mina already?

Idea Valve - Mina should have to invest in her ultimate with AP to get silence. It would balance her kit so you have to decide which skills to invest and would control her more in the early game. Adding silence as a T2 or T3 would almost immediately balance. Her ult can slow naturally but silencing and having that much damage just makes her too frustrating to play against.

Maybe reduce scaling on her loves bite by 5-10% too.
