I am 26 M, currently experiencing some anxiety and loneliness, a bit existential... So if anyone, who has a bit of understanding and sincerity, to pause a bit and listen... It would be helpful.

Right now it feels as if I have no one in life with whom I can be genuinely open and honest.. Someone who can make me feel alive again, and motivate me just by their mere presence, to not withdraw from life ...
