Did anyone else get kicked out multiple times while making their choices?

I'm infuriated right now, this has NEVER happened to me before! It's my first Ultimate and I spent 50 minutes fighting the app and website trying to make my choices. I got on right after noon and made my choices but as soon as I tried to confirm it said there was a black screen with an error message that it would work again in a few minutes but it didn't. I kept trying but it was going to a white screen with "error 401" or something like that on the top and from then on that's all it would do. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app 3 times because the first 2 times when I logged in it went to the white screen again. This is fucking crazy, I shouldn't be so stressed picking skincare and makeup for fuck sake! How does this happen? I've seriously never had an issue on choice day and I've been a member since October 2024. Thanks for listening, I really do appreciate it and I had to get that vent out!
