Bilt Palladium Auto-Declining on Fluz - Rep says they can’t fix it

TL;DR: Trying to buy $500–$2k Airbnb gift cards on Fluz with the Bilt Palladium card, but everything is getting auto-declined (app & desktop). The declines don’t even show in the Bilt app. Support says it’s a "Mastercard network" issue they can't fix and told me to just use a different card. Anyone found a workaround?

Is anyone else getting auto-declined trying to use the Bilt Palladium card on Fluz?

I’ve been trying to buy Airbnb gift cards (ranging from $500 to $2k) on both the app and desktop, and nothing goes through. The worst part is the declines don’t even show up in my Bilt transaction history—it’s like the attempts don’t exist.

I called Bilt support (+1-888-533-5576), sat on hold for 12 minutes while the rep "researched", and the rep indirectly told me to "F**K Off". They said the decline is coming from the Mastercard network side, not them, so they can't do anything about it. They straight up told me to just use a different card and that trying again in 24-48 hours wouldn't change anything.

Has anyone actually found a fix for this "network decline" BS? Or is this card just hard-coded to block purchases like this?
