For those of you who took a NOVA Workforce certification class.

I have some questions for someone who has attended a Nova Workforce certification class for M.A.

I am wondering a few questions:

1. So there are 35 sessions. More than half of them are online on Zoom. For these Zoom class do you have to like actively attend as in participate. Or can you just listen?

2. Secondly, for when the class is in person can I wear what I want. Is there a dress code?

3. Can someone just walk me through some of the basics. Thank you :)
