Quick easy question on the ET1 form online?

Hi everyone. Two quick questions. England & Wales case.

I have a pleading that was drafted by a barrister. It's properly set out, paragraphs numbered etc. Do I copy and paste that into this box on the box 8.2 on the online ET1 form? Or do I attach it separately somehow?
And on Schedule of Loss: how accurate do you need to be in ET1? Can I say (for example)
Loss of earnings = £40,000 gross
Loss of pension = £6,000 gross
Personal injury middle Vento = £16,000
? Also never sure if it should be net or gross because pension conts make that muddy.
