prebuilt vs built buy someone local

Question/Help/Troubleshooting

I am wanting to get a new desktop which is around the 2k Canada price. I have built my own before but have gone without a desktop for a number of years now and just want something to get back into pc gaming.

Best buy has
Acer Nitro N60-640-EB23 Gaming PC (Intel Core i7-14700F/32GB RAM/1TB SSD/GeForce RTX 5060/Windows 11) for around $2300

A local guy who builds and sells computers had a built one for around $2000 with spec
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X/ GPU: ASUS Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB/ Motherboard: B650E Max Gaming WiFi (PCIe 5.0 x16 slot)/ RAM: Corsair 32GB DDR5 6400/ Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD/ Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow
/ PSU: SAMA White 750W Fully Modular 80 Plus Gold PCIE 5.1 Compliant/ Connectivity: Built in Wifi & Bluetooth/ OS: Windows 11 Pro – fully installed, updated & activated

I am leaning more towards the AMD local built but if someone sees something that should point me towards the other please share.
