So why exactly is the game supposedly "bad"

I have been looking at once human for some time but never tried it.

Why exactly is it bad, apart for the fact that apparently the devs did some questionable changes in the last X patches?

I just watched a video of a youtuber, (Thisguypredz for anyone interested or who knows him), and the game looks fun?

Why are there so many reviews and people complaining? What am I missing?
