Data transfer trouble

So, long story short, I upgraded from PS4 to PS5 and tried to transfer my GTA 5 PS4 story mode save data to my GTA 5 PS5 game. It says to go into the game and upload save data, then follow the instructions. But when I went on my PS4, it didn’t have the ‘upload save data’ option. Then I downloaded the GTA 5 PS4 edition onto my PS5, and it still didn’t have it. I migrated my online account does that have anything to do with it? Please help.
