Selling OSRS Grandmaster Ironman with 3/3 Megarares

I'm trying to sell my ironman (along with some other accounts linked to the jagex account) to help get a mortgage but I've never rwt before so don't have any sale history.

Any recommendations on how to sell/if priced appropriately let me know please as I've been trying to sell for quite a while now.
