Suggest a City and Commuter Friendly bike

I am looking forward to buy a bike that is good for city traffic like in Delhi and comfortable for Monthly tours or long rides (Should have power to go ahead when i want it to) . I have a budget of around 2.5 lakh on road price. Confused between Hunter 350 and TVS Ronin. Suggest which one is better and if there are other options.
( though of Apache 200 4v but not sure if it is long tour friendly considering its sitting posture)
