What are the raw scoring curves for AP Classroom tests??

I know Bio is a 83/120 for a 5 on the AP Classroom tests, but what about Lang, USH, and Calc AB?? Does anyone know what the cutoffs for a 5 are on the AP Classroom tests for those??
