Where can I get advice on worth of paintings?

I saw a painting that really speaks to me to the point I'm dreaming about it. I want to buy it but I'm not sure if the seller is genuine with his prices and if restauration will be as much or even more than the selling price of the painting.

What subreddit(s) should I contact for good estimates?
