How hard is it to get "Programmed Psychosis"?

Just wondering if it's even worth an attempt. I have solo'd in a multiplayer lobby a lot of the harder missions from the standard base game. Greased Palms, Carriers of the Vine, Buy Cheap Buy Twice, Sins of the Father. Are these missions at all comparable to "A New America?" I have heard some people still saying Greased Palms is one of the hardest missions.
