Video Modeling App

Does anyone have a good video modeling app? The hardest part of video models is pausing them when the learner gets distracted/to run error correction and rewind it to where we need.

I'd love something where we can create video clips and that clip will continuoulsy play until you swipe to the next. So maybe for handwashing, a video of rubbing the palms that will play on repeat until we swipe to the next video.
