38 [M4A] Make Me A Diaper Slave Who Regrets It (and possibly more)

I'm 38, about 5'7", around 150 lbs. I'm looking for a strict/cruel blackmailer to turn me from an occasional diaper boy into a blackmailed diaper slave.
