What's the theoretical limit for human chess?

Chess Question

ELO is a comparison system, so let's just define that Magnus at his peak is 2882 ELO(skill level)

Magnus may not but the closest human to the theoretical limit, because there are only a few 2800 players, so getting ELO as the rating goes up is going to be harder, so let's just say that there will always be enough player for grinding

That way, what the theoretical limit(ELO) could be?

My guess is 2950 ELO(having about 60% winrate against peak Magnus)
