Pain after dentist

Hey friends,

A week and a half ago I visited my dentist for a deep clean of my teeth.

I have all my wisdom teeth and haven't had any issues really however since the deep clean one of my wisdom teeth has been in a lot of pain and very sensitive. I believed they cleaned this one a fair bit as it's my only really exposed wisdom tooth however wondering how to make it heal as it's been over a week later and it's incredible painful. I'll try gargling salt water to try repair it however hoping for advice
