Master bath remodel

We need to finish our bathroom and I can’t decide on what to do. I wanted to do tadelakt but I dont have experience with this. so I wanted tile that kind of resembles it. I’m thinking (first picture stacked) I have no clue what to do for the floor of the shower (specifically) and the floor of the bathroom. I kinda like the checkered but maybe there’s something better. I’m open to all ideas. The walls of the bathroom I wanted to do a slightly warm lime paint, to match that tadelakt vibe. also want to keep this fairly priced. approx. under $9 a square foot 😅
