How to verify that shelters are authentic

Hey everyone!

We're building an app for pets. One part of it lets you find animal shelters near you and see which pets they have up for adoption.

Shelters can add themselves to the app and list their pets directly.

We're trying to figure out how to verify that shelters on the app are real. Any suggestions?

If you run a shelter and want to be part of this, drop a comment and I'll DM you directly!
