Is it possible to fix Drovas Relvi's sleep cycle with console commands?

I know this is something fixed by the UESSP, but the problem is that I mainly play Skyrim on the Switch. I occasionally transfer save files to Steam and back just to use console commands—mostly to fix the myriad of oversights related to Solitude quests, or set especially vulnerable NPCs like the Kolskeggr miners as essential.

I am aware Drovas Relvi's sleep package is bugged and will result in him spending all his time asleep if he is Neloth's steward and the Sun Stone has been cleansed. As far as I know, there is no way to get the Unofficial Patch working on the Switch. It's not the end of the world if there's nothing I can do, but if there is an in-game method to correct his behavior, I would like to know.
