where to apply to with a lower gpa

I'm a rising senior next year and my gpa is a 2.9-3.1 and i was wondering where my best opportunities would be.

I'm from Pensacola. I want to major in some form of nursing and minor in acting or art.

(if you dont have any ideas, tips to try to boost gpa as much as possible would be helpful!)
