Yes this is narrative scaling but please read what I have to say

Yuji out of every character is the only who can live for centuries which means his potential is already higher than everyone else's, for example Gojo was only 26 when he fought Sukuna (Sukuna's age is never stated though) and was bred to be physically the strongest

If Gojo was able to be top of the world at the age of 26 then Yuji should be able to grow far stronger considering he has lived 3x longer than Gojo

The other two slides are proof his potential rivals those who are considered the strongest, this was also before knowing he was immortal and has blood manipulation which as we saw in Modulo is really broken and can also boost rct like in Shinjuku showdown

He also has tons of experience as he was trained by Gojo, had Sukuna in his body which gave him memories he can access, livestream showing him how to use WCS, fought Mahito, fought with the strongest of the modern era, and fought Sukuna

He already has the potential and experience that would place him at the top, but let's also not ignore the fact he reached Yuta and Hakari's level with 2-3x less experience than them

finally he wasn't worried about yuka when Dabura vs Mahoraga took place so I don't really think he thought Dabura was a threat, he's also not Gojo meaning he's not overconfident so he wouldn't say this out of arrogance

Hot take, Modulo Yuji can no diff the top 3
