Forgot to include my EB2 USA denied

I have recently applied for PR inland but I forgot to mention that I was previously denied EB2 USA petition application but I answered YES and listed other visa refused.

Please what do I do in this situation? I need help if you have been through this process before your advice will be helpful. Thank you
