My battery is swollen and I want to use these replacement kits I’ve seen online to do it myself, but I don’t know if I should or where I can get one.

My battery is pretty swollen and I’ve never really had that on anything before so idk much about it or tech in general really but I’ve seen these kits for switch battery replacing, like with little things to unscrew the back and a replacement battery and stuff and I wanted to know:

Are these worth it? Do they work or are they generally pretty crappy? Where can I get a pretty good one? Will I die? Any tips for when I attempt the surgery? Pretty much anything helps
