masters funding agreement despite being an undergrad

hello all! i am an undergrad who recently applied for OSAP for part-time studies (i'm taking one class over the summer). under the required documents section of the application, the government is asking me to sign a Part-Time Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement, even though i am an undergrad (and have not claimed to be a masters student at any point). has anyone else had this issue? what can i do about it?
