Why don't my notifications work properly?

On my mobile phone I activated notifications from a Chanel of a server on discord, even tho I have my notifications on and also the permissions, the notifications don't pop on my "phone" notifications, so I don't know if I got the biome I need on mentions if I'm not in the app.

For example the @everyone mention, it's messages don't come for me on the phone notifications
