I need some serious technical help with my ASUS GA401Q (Zephyrus G14). I am currently stuck in a loop of high heat and loud noise immediately after wiping my system.

The Situation:

OS Status: I have completely uninstalled the default Windows 11 using the diskpart / clean utility in recovery. There is currently no OS installed on the SSD.

Hardware Mods: For security purposes, I have removed the internal Wi-Fi card. I also have the battery removed (running strictly on AC power).

The Problem:

As soon as I power on and enter the BIOS, the laptop begins making a very loud, non-stop noise.

Extreme Temps: My BIOS screen is reporting the CPU at 82°C with a voltage of 1218mV.

Fan Paradox: The Hardware Monitor shows the CPU fan at only \~773 RPM, but the physical noise coming from the laptop is extremely loud—it sounds like the fans are at 100% or something is electrically screaming.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS

RAM: 24GB

GPU: GTX 1650

BIOS Version: 415

Questions:

Why is the CPU hitting 82°C just sitting in the BIOS EZ Mode?

Could the missing battery or Wi-Fi card be causing the Embedded Controller (EC) to freak out and dump max voltage into the CPU?

Has anyone experienced the BIOS reporting a low RPM (773) while the laptop is physically making a huge amount of noise?

I’ve attached a video of the noise and a photo of the BIOS stats. I just want to install a clean OS, but I'm worried the laptop is going to cook itself before I can finish. Any ideas
