Looking for a "retro" jrpg to play

Recommendation request

Hello everyone !

I just finished Dragon Quest VII Reimagined and really enjoyed it. I am now looking for my next JRPG adventure and wanted to tackle something "retro", at least a classic not from this generation.

What i liked about the game :

- It really felt like a true journey with a good sense of discovery

- A very living group of characters, they come and go and actually have meaningful things to say about what's happening

- Good music, though not that varied in this case

My all-time favorite JRPGS :

- Persona 3/4/5 and Metaphor

- Octopath Traveler 2 and Live A Live

- Xenoblade series (especially 3)

- Fire Emblem (Since awakening, i loved Three Houses)

Here are my options :

- Grandia HD Collection

- LUNAR Remastered collection

- Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D (played III last year, might be too soon since i just played VII)

- Chrono Trigger

- Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster

- Final Fantasy Tactics Ivalice Chronicles

- Star Ocean Second Story R

- Ys Memoire of Celceta (played Oath in Felghana last year)

I'm open to even more options, Switch 1/2 preferred but PC is fine.

Thank you and have a nice day !
