IIM L ABM vs XLRI HRM

I am selected for the XLRI HRM program and I know I will be selected into the IIM L ABM program because my interview was very good. I am very confused. I have no issue with fees. I have some issues :-

1. Choose the IIM tag or asia best college for HRM.
2. Whether the placement is good at abm and in XL HRM. I want a decent 30 LPA at least not crazy high 1 cr. IB role as I am planning to quit the job after paying off the loan in 2 years.
3. I want to pursue entrepreneurship in future so the IIM tag can help but still XL is also a known school.
4. Respect of the iim tag in general public whereas xl will be known by few

My background:-

• CSE Engineer from tier 1 college
• 9/9/8 profile
• ZS Associates consulting experience of 6 months
• City topper in boards
• Chess recently started 1500 ELO(well nothing to brag about just adding)

I am not someone who will disregard HRM for rangoli people especially when you graduate from the top b school in india. I am open to exploring all fields
