How to maintain the rose-colored glasses outlook estrogen gives me?

Moods

I enjoy the "rose-colored glasses" outlook I experience when estrogen doses are increased. But it lasts for two weeks before I return to being no-nonsense.

I don't mind the no-nonsense stage -- it means I'm productive and get shit done, *and* it also means my migraines are nearly nonexistent, which is fantastic.

But sometimes I want to be able to look at my husband with hearts spilling from my eyes without jumping through mental checklists of all the things I need to get done before I can relax. When I have the "rose-colored glasses" outlook, I'm much more relaxed, receptive to sex, and easygoing. I honestly miss it, and I'd even deal with the accompanying migraines.

Other complaints are low libido, but I think it's sloooowly starting to return after bumping TRT to 4mg/day. But even if my body is in the mood, my mind usually isn't.

Current HRT is:

-0.1mg estradiol patch (bumped up from 0.075 in early March)

-4mg/daily testosterone, compounded cream (bumped up from 2mg in early March)

-300mg progesterone (had horrific muscle tension on 100mg, wasn't much better on 200mg, so 300mg is the sweet spot, been on this dose for months)

-vaginal estradiol cream twice weekly
