NEED ADVICE REGARDING CAR FINANCING

Greetings everyone, I'm looking to lease a car from bank, probably an Alto

I have 1 million saved and monthly income is around 3 lakh (rental income from a property)

I approached HBL and they say they don't lease a car on rental income

Kindly advise me regarding this matter that from where I can get car financing that can accept rental income

Or are there any showrooms in Lahore that sell cars on installments and experience regarding this
