have any other trans shoppers been having to go through extra verification steps frequently? I have to take a picture to verify my identity about once or twice a week. more and more frequently it seems that my photo is failing whatever tests they have and I have to go through support to get my identity verified. I get that my face is changing because of hormones but come on dude it cant be that extreme right?
