How to I rank up?

I played the finals in the very first season, lights were op and you really could solo carry any team because a lot of people were so lost while facing light. Now I came back to the game and I’m playing mid now, almost every single game I’m getting 2 lights on my team who run + dash from me, then dive into enemies and insta die then spam „revive me”, how am I even supposed to win when out of the whole match my teammates live 2-3 minutes at most (combined)
