How to backup the Honor phone notes app ?

Been trying to backup my notes in my Honor 50 lite, but I can't figure out how.

• The notes app doesn't seem to give such an option besides honor share, which I haven't been able to use with my windows 11 to transfer file from Honor.
• I tried to transfer them by USB, but I can't find them in storage.
• I turned on cloud sync, but they don't appear in the honor workstation on windows. What do I do to back them up? They are many, so screenshotting them 1 by 1 won't work.

How to get it done?
